- Karen G Added March 03, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Whilst a little concerned re prior reviews - the Knox City store was the only Toys R Us which had the stroller I had decided upon in stock.
Not only were there more staff available compared to my more local Toys R Us, they were very helpful in securing my stroller from out back, and finding a trolley to put the box in for me.
I then asked them (as per their policy) to match the price of a competitor and beat it by 10%, which they did without any fuss or bother. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the 3 staff I came into contact with.
