  Since moving into my rental property 3 months ago, Katherine and the team at Hill Real Estate have been friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. Every request has been promptly followed up, and they’ve been accommodating with inspection times. 10/10 would recommend.

  Since my first encounter with Julia during an open for inspection, I felt comfortable and confident in the ability of the agency to assist with my needs. At all times I have had enquiries dealt with in a timely manner and then addressed promptly. Communication is always open. All dealings in the office with staff have been sensational. Everyone has been pleasant, polite and welcoming. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hills Real Estate to any person who was looking for home buying, selling or rental assistance. I couldn’t be happier.

  Me and my partner had a very good experience during our stay in one of the properties rented by Hill Real Estate. The property was clean and welcoming. Recently, when we had to move out, the agent coordinated well between the owner and us to get the extension done until we moved into another place comfortably. They even guided us on how to get the full bond money back. They were quite helpful and always approachable. Would highly recommend Hill real estate.

  Darren was amazing. He and his team were fast with their communication, friendly, very thorough in the details and helped me through all my queries. They also provided thoughtful advice outside of what they needed to do that was tailored to my property :)

  Very disappointed with Darren Hill who was showing 7 Arcady in Vermont. Insisted on doing 'due diligence' e.g schools, areas we are looking for and price range at the house he was showing saying the vendor requested it! What the hell for. Que was long and he was getting a lot of people annoyed..He refused to let a couple in when they wanted to CARRY their shoes in to check the backyard!! Saying the vendor doesn't want anyone walking the backyard and you can only go as far as the deck! They walked out and so did a few more potential customers. He was rude, unprofessional and very arrogant. Certainly wouldn't use the company to sell my properties as he just lost the vendor some potential buyers!
