- Elizabeth R Added September 03, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought from this Breadtop store today (29th Jan) and realised that the expiry date is the same day I bought it. This clearly shows that they don't rotate their stock and are selling cakes to customers that are basically overdue.

Here at the new location I'm very disappointed really 0 Stars would be appropriate! I like to know who was the designer of the new outlet! I wish to see if the (designer) is seated at his home sideways on the family table, so not to face his family!!??? No more served by the friendly staff! Messy floor etcI could go on forever!!

- Jill K Added August 12, 2023★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Bought a 8" Japanese chiffon cake for a birthday celebration- was dismayed to find egg shells in the chiffon cake! While it's nice to know that fresh eggs were used (instead of pasteurised/liquid eggs), we certainly was not impressed by the quality control. First time purchasing from this store as well- will probably purchase from other stores in the future.
Also note that this branch charges a 0.8% surcharge on card payments. Other stores doesn't implement this surcharge. - Agnes Njane Added December 26, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This people stole my AUD20 by charging me twice for the products, I purchased today, the one cashier stated i had not paid her, while i had given her AUD21 in order to get a wholesome change of AUD10, then i ended up paying for the products to the 2nd cashier.
