yesterday saying I was not able to go to my appointment when I had already received an email confirmation. No proper explanation was given, therefore I requested to speak to the manger Soul and was told she would call back. I received no phone call from the manager. After this frustrating experience, I sent an email to reception asking them to refund my deposit via PayID and heard nothing back. If this is how Australian Skin Clinics treat their valued customers they don’t deserve to be in business. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for some answers and my deposit to be refunded! People like Ezara have been great in the way they’ve done the treatment and very friendly. Highly recommend.
