- N Jones Added February 04, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service- I booked appointment online- turned up to scheduled appointment only to be told there was a $75 dollar fee after 4pm- this was not mentioned when booking or on confirmation email. Half decent customer service would ensure that people would be informed of fees upon booking. Reception staff clearly knew this information is not being disclosed upon booking. Unimpressed.

Came for my appointment to wait an hour and be called by a doctor that I've never seen before - when I asked the reception staff they said I was booked in to see this doctor. This has happened to me and members of my family multiple times. Have been forgotten about previously. Would not recommend this clinic
