Made appointment after having a big hit to my head with the wooden casing of a power pole cable, knocking me to the ground. I was concerned as I was very dizzy and nauseous with pain across my forehead. Dr Mohammad Karim saw me and didnt seem to care about my explaination of the accident, he gave me a hand out of issues arising from head injuries, checked my blood pressure and gave me a medical cert. No questions about where I hit my head, no checking my eyes and vision, didn't want to see where I hit my head or feel if it was of concern, I felt like he wanted to get me out of the office as soon as possible. I was shocked at the level of insincerity and lack of care and professionalism. I will not go back here again.

Receptionist is very rude. And doctor is not even looking to find the cause of infections unless I am dying.

Have gotten repeat prescriptions here for a while for an ongoing condition but was told today that I have never been prescribed that medication from this place before today. Was told to go home and o my regular doctor to be diagnosed even though I have. I'm in a lot of pain and I need my medication to work. Not that they read these reviews but some doctors here are terrible. Others are pretty nice and actually o their jobs.

I have struggled with back pain for awhile now and I have been seeing a physio for it, he recommended I see a doctor about pain management medication just to get me through the day. I booked an appointment to see a doctor, took time off work to do so, when I got there I was instructed to wait in the car and the doctor would call when they were ready for me. I waited 30 minutes only to be told that she "didn't have time" and there were "other people waiting" the way I was spoken to on the phone was disgusting and I don't think I'll be coming back here again.

Other reviewers are right regarding the service from the front desk and the doctor on duty... saying the response was disinterested would be a kind way of describing what I had encountered. I came here for an out of hours prescription refill and for that I was happy with how quickly I was served on a Thursday evening with no appointment....I was a bit concerned that I had nothing to sign once I had seen the doctor though as I thought you always had to sign even when bulk billed.

Absolutely disgusted in the treatment I had today. If I could chose a no star rating I would. I am lodging a formal complaint with the practice manager and if that falls on deaf ears I will be taking the matter further. We rely on doctors to talk to us and treat us with the best care and professionalism. The doctor I saw this morning was far from it and I would not wish the experience today on ANYONE. She was rude, lacked any form of empathy and from what I've read seems to be an ongoing problem at this practice. I had to walk out of my appointment I was that concerned. It wasn't until I asked the receptionist for the details of who to lodge a complaint with that she actually acted more interested. I advise others to seriously consider putting your health in their hands. I have never left a service so angry and upset, let alone in more pain then when I walked in. I sought out the care of another medical centre (much newer who also Bulk Bill and are located inside Westfield) whose professionalism outshines that of this centre.

Only ever go hear because they allow for last minute appointments. But every time i've come has been a negative experience. First time around I was sent on my way with an infected and inflamed cyst with three days worth of antibiotics. The doctor did not examine the cyst and just gave me a script for the medication. Five days later I returned in worse condition and the same doctor saw me. Upon actually examining the cyst she said I should have already gone to the hospital to have it drained. Second visit I asked for my regular contraception and was given a different brand. Not realising, I went to take it that night and had to frantically google to find out if it was the same thing as my usual medication. Visit from today I asked for a script renewal. While printing it the doctor had a phone call and said she had to leave to tend to something else. I said I still had questions about other things and I was given a pamphlet and told to come back if i had any questions (even though I already had questions). The doctors here are very indifferent and don't seem to care at all.

Staff were friendly, like all bulk billing centres it's best to call ahead if possible and ask if there are any delays. One chatty/inconsiderate patient can test all of our patience by making the doctor late.
Doctor was actually pretty funny and deliberately booked me later in the day so they could finish the day on a win by giving me good news.
